The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The pillows were perfect. The staff members were very nice and helpful. The location was great since we were using the train to get to and fro and all around.
My only gripe is the amount charged to store luggage temporarily. It is a nice service, but there is no reason to charge that much for a storage locker.

A great hotel situated close to the station and Belvedere Gardens. The rooms were quiet, clean and the breakfast was fantastic. The only unfortunate timing was we didnt get to go to the rooftop bar due to a private event.

Stained carpets, weak AC, we upgraded rooms and found out the outer window shade didn’t work so the room was at 28°C even with the AC on full blast.

Modern, clean, friendly staff.
Warning!!! Curtains are super efficient. We overslept and missed the breakfast and checkout. You should set an alarm clock... or I guess that we should have.

Very nice hip hotel near the station with excellent transport to center nearby. Five minutes walk to Upper Belvedere with Klimt's Kiss.

This is our second time at Mooons Hotel. We really like the decor, room comfort, breakfast buffet and staff friendliness. It is 4 minutes walking distance from Wien Hbf train station which has a nice food court for quick eats. The Son Kitchen at the train station food court is a really good Thai food kitchen which is cooked fresh by wok. We will definitely return to this hotel which is also close to major sights or close by Uber.

Good location, close to other transportation, but the hotel itself was not that great. I expected more for a 4-star property, it feels like a 3-star hotel. Not bad, but it could be nicer.
