Have stayed in several hotels in London but this one comes top of the list. Excellent service, food and amenities. Great location. Often travel to London to see a show and will definitely book into this one again

Very nice, clean and well located hotel right between Regent Street shopping and Soho madness. Vaguely rock'n'roll themed. Great beds and linens. Eat cheap for breakfast down the street at Pret a Manger. Near both Picadilly and Trafalger Circus tube stations.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Soho, close to any shops, bars, restaurants and coffee shops you could want. Our room was beautiful, the bed was really comfy, the decor was pretty over the top which we loved, and the air conditioning was welcome in the heatwave. Staff were really lovely and they seem to also have done like a turn down service in the evening as we came home to a bucket of ice and fresh waters, which was a lovely addition. We visited the roof top bar, which was a lovely space, but we didn't eat at the hotel as we had so much else to do. I would be delighted to come back to the Karma Sanctum, it felt like a very special stay

This hotel is in an excellent location but otherwise was a real disappointment for the price. Dated grungy decor combined with poor maintenance makes it feel dark, depressing and a bit smelly. Lighting on stairway and hallways was poor and often felt like we were walking around in the dark. Bed was nice, room itself was OK but furnishings were dated and cluttered, for example - a whole bunch of cushions on the bed that we had to pile up in a corner of the room for the duration of our stay. Staff and service were perfunctory - certainly not warm and welcoming. This is a hotel that seems to be poorly managed and isn't spending enough to keep it contemporary and well maintained.

The hotel is fab and very Central, but I was very disappointed on the Friday morning needing a good sleep, that was ruined by some construction work that started at 9a.m it felt like it was actually in my room, it actually spoiled my stay as I needed a good sleep and a quiet room, also I was disappointed with the price of a glass of white wine £14 on the roof terrace, I don't mean to be negative because the hotel itself is very funky great vibe and great staff. I'd like to stay again but not if there is construction work going on.

The staff was great. Rooms and the hotel are a little dated and the room was missing a hair dryer, but overall it was a great experience and the hotel was clean and tidy.

This is a fantastic hotel to base yourself for a weekend in Soho/Mayfair. The rooms are small, but are immaculately presented. The staff are all excellent and could not do enough to help. Food and drinks also excellent. We will definitely be staying here again!
