Room was clean just some what small and cramped with bathroom doors a pain. Staff were all nice didn’t have breakfast but would stay again when in London.

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights, we included breakfast with our stay and it was well worth it. The breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully every morning with little omelettes, an assortment of breads, pastries, deli meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt and cereals. They had many freshly squeezed juices, flavored water, drip coffee or served espresso directly from their bar. The service of the staff was excellent, they were friendly and helpful. We loved our corner room, it was spacious with powerful air conditioning. We were in London during a 4 day long heat wave with temperatures above 90F/32C and frequently retreated to the icey air conditioning of our room. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a spacious walk in rain shower and we had a nice view of the city below. The location of the Ruby Stella is a huge perk, very close to the tube stations without being in the loud and busy streets of downtown London. We were a 10-15 minute walk away from many great restaurants, pubs and bars with a huge selection of food. Our favorite nearby restaurants were Faros, The Lamb, the Eagle and Ciao Bella. We would highly recommend staying here and greatly considering staying here again if we ever come back to London. It was very easy getting there from Heathrow airport and back, taking the Elizabeth line directly to and from the airport.

Stayed here for a brief stop over in London. My room was clean and stylish with great amenities, and it was comfortable. The access to streaming and a Bluetooth speaker made it a nice spot to relax before a long flight. The tea bar on each floor was also a nice touch. Especially loved the back garden in the hotel, a great spot to enjoy a drink & relax.

Great hotel and perfect for my one night stay in London. Would definitely recommend.

What a disaster of a hotel. Took almost an hour to get checked in. Then when I was finally checked in they gave me a much smaller room than the one I paid for. I was travelling with a business partner and they would not accept her credit card for mysterious reasons. So I paid for her room. On checkout they told me they would email the invoice for this additional payment to me so that I could be reimbursed. But they did not send the email and every attempt to get them to respond and send the email was rebuffed. Avoid this ho9tel if you want a hassle free stay.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, and great location.

Staff were very friendly & helpful, the room was extremely clean and in good condition. Check-in was very quick and efficient. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely be staying there again
