During my 5-day trip to Shanghai, my only regret was staying at The Shanghai EDITION for just the final night due to my travel itinerary. Even though I arrived much earlier than expected and requested a check-in, the staff graciously assisted me with an early check-in. The service mind of the staff, the sophisticated atmosphere of the hotel, and its prime location were all absolutely superb.

Good location and good views from the room, though in compare to other Edition hotels I have been to, this one is definitely an on a lower quality of Edition hotels and more comparable to 4 start hotels. They failed twice to deliver my luggage to my room and failed to book a reservation for dinner. even after talking to manager, there were many time miscommunication. Overal, don't worth the cost and better alternatives available out there.

From arrival to departure, every service was excellent and the staff was so friendly. The cleanliness and facilities of the room were very satisfying and it was excellent as a luxuty modern hotel. The restaurnt was good, but I thought it would be nice if the club room and other facilities were more active.
