The room smelled stale and musty. I thought about changing my room but I didn’t want to deal with the unhelpful front desk. The tv did not work, the interior of the room is just outdated. The location was the only upside.

Location is unbeatable, parking was great and cheap for where you are walking distance from everything

We had a room with a portable air conditioner which worked great BUT the vent for it was a hole in the window, which was cracked and had duck tape all over it!

Property could use some TLC. Been a minute since they have re invested in the upkeep. Room was clean

We have stayed there multiple times and I must say this was such a disappointment. We got to the room and they removed all the refrigerators, the carpet was stained, and I was kind of surprised that they actually let someone stay in the room. The ac did not work, there was only 1 towel. They had at one time mini bars in all the rooms and instead of removing them they just ripped the cords from the walls and left them in the rooms empty and unplugged. Perfect place to put a fridge. Not even an ice bucket. We went down to eat at their high end restaurant but the bartenders had the music on so loud you could hear it in the parking lot so we canceled our reservation and went to another place. Starting at 6 o'clock in the morning on the day of checkout, they decided to do major repair in the hallways and all you heard was excavation and power tools from 6 to 11 am and we did not sleep past 6 o'clock in the morning. I asked them if I could have extra time as we did not sleep at all, they gave us was a half an hour. I pulled my car up to get my bag from the room and went up to get my bag, I returned and they charged me money for parking my car in front ? This place has gone downhill

Excellent location. Close to hop on hop off buses and Faneuil Hall Marketplace.

The room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. It was a holiday weekend so it was quite noisy late into the night. Easy check in and out. It took us several requests to get more towels and toilet paper.

Amazing staff, clean well appointed room and unbeatable location. Already planning our next stay!

The room was clean and perfectly located for our needs. The mattress was worn and could use an update. The valet staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk help is another story all together. When checking in, there was no greeting of any kind, nor helpful words regarding the hotel. I felt like I was bothering her and I was the only person checking in. I did not ask for anything during my stay because of my check in experience so I helped myself to my own waters next to the front desk. Upon checkout, the same dismissive mannerism was shown. I asked if any charges were placed on my bill and was told no and not offered a copy etc. No thank you for staying with us, etc. I’m only writing this review so that you can either make your employees happier to be working there or send them to a customer service training program.

Temp AC unit in room with a janky plastic hose vent to a cruise plexiglass panel in the window. No refrigerator in room and when we asked we were told that none of the rooms had any. Couldn't find an ice machine and if we did, there was nothing to put it in. 1of the only 2 elevators was out of service the entire time. Guest computer was also out of service. Bed sizes were close to a "full" in a room rated for 4 people. Rooom was extremely cramped, but the bath was HUGE. Only 2 pillows when we arrived, called and requested additional and waited 1.5 hours before personally visiting the front desk at 1130pm to ask about where they were... and the arrived 30 minutes later. Price was comparable to 4* hotels, but the only thing 4* about this property is the location.
