This is an ideal location and represents a classic Austrian hotel. The staff ate its strongest point, courteous, friendly and professional. They always went the extra mile for me. The only down side was the internet speed, I coped but it wasn’t perfect for a business trip Everything else including the coffee and bar were very pleasant

The hotel is located in a nice, quiet area a bit outside the city center. However, it is still within walking distance if you enjoy a good walk past beautiful old buildings. It's also just a short walk to both the tram and the train stations. While our room was a bit small and lacked a coffee maker and a refrigerator, it was overall okay. Best of all, the reception staff were wonderful

It was well located. We were walking distance to the center of town and the Danube. And we were right besides the trolley line D which goes to the main train station and the Belvedere, an amazing art museum. We found a really nice restaurant near by, the Landskneckt with decent prices, very good meals and very friendly staff. The hotel has a very good breakfasts too. It was a very quiet hotel. The price was decent.The staff was very friendly and helpul. We liked the old keys that we could leave at the desk. And we love knowing the reception was staffed 24 hours a day.

Kept well, older building, but no issues with that, despite being advertised - no shuttle from the airport - located in town, near metro - I would stay again, my only gripe is the shuttle
