The hello kitty room is so adorable. There’s luggage storage for before check in and a laundry machine. The room had a little kitchen in it. Very worth the money and not too expensive

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Very accessible to everything-close to the bus station, restaurants and convenient stores were a few feet away. Walking distance to attractions sites-Yasaka Shrine, Gion, Kiyomizu-dera temple. The amenities were great-available washer/dryer and luggage storage. Highly recommended. Will stay here again.

Exactly as described! Comfortable, great location in Gion area with easy walking (within 20 minutes) to many attractions. Great transport links either on buses directly outside on the street or short walk (10-15 minutes) to a train station. Keyless entry was convenient and worked very well! Great stay and would recommend.

Hello Kitty room was the cutest, a must for any Sanrio fan visiting Japan! And location was perfect in the Gion / Hirashiyama area, just a short walk to Yasaka pagoda, Kiyomizudera temple and a lot of the amazing sights in Kyoto.

Great stay, room was clean, staff were friendly and the shuttle bus to hotel was helpful. In a great walking location to spots like Yasaka shrine, Gion, Yasaka Pagoda and more.

Longest stay of our trip. Room are self managed- they have a small kitchenette- good mattress but also modes in the bathroom for drying clothes and etc Washing machine not the best. The detergent is not strong enough and tumble dry same. I would recommend go to the 24/ laundromat down the road- 15 mins away
