Is conveniently located inside the same building as Mantra on Little Bourke in the heart of the CBD. Same comfortable and spacious layout as Mantra rooms we've stayed out in the building though located on different floors. Was able to store our luggage at reception on level 8 both before and after our stay which was amazing. If you need more amenities like toilet paper just need to ask at reception - housekeeping only from day 4 onwards though not needed. Love the keypin access for the room and ground floor late night access. Highly recommend.

Reception area was awkward. The receptionist was lovely. No hair dryer in the room. There was a reminder in the kitchen area to clean your mess otherwise you’ll get charged $50 cleaning

The room was very large and was close to every amenity needed. Staff were very helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the dryer took too long to dry my clothes.

Such a disappointing experience after staying there so many times. I left my kindle and sunglasses in the room when I was rushing to a meeting. I was 100% positive, I even knew exactly where I left them in the room. Not only could I not get them back but I could not contact the property. I emailed, called multiple times and eventually went to the property but to no avail.

Stayed 1 night and really liked the place. Great value for the large size of the apartment. Good location, easily accessible. Booking and check in process was easy and staff helpful.

Unfortunately the room was dirty - clumps of hair in the bathroom, a strong cooking smell in the entire apartment and unclean drawers/cupboards in the kitchen.

Awful experience. Had a late checkin and their credit card payment system didn't work to provide my deposit which happens. But they new it wasn't working and did nothing to warn me or identify another way to get into my room. I was on the phone for 90 minutes with them before they let me pay the next day. And that was just my first few horus of a miserable few days at their location. Melbourne was beautiful regardless!
