Sconsigliato: sono riuscito solo una volta a parlare con qualcuno, nonostante le tante chiamate in vari giorni . Non rispondono nemmeno ai messaggi WhatsApp. In più ho indebitamente pagato la tassa di soggiorno per 2 persone e non mi è stata rimborsata.
E' tutto automatizzato con codici PIN per l'accesso, se avrete qualche problema e vorrete parlare con una persona per assistenza... beh buona fortuna!...

Dobrý Very convenient location, the zone seems odd at night.
I suggest always walk on the train station side of the street till you reach the location.
It's an old but we'll maintained an secure building.

The staff was not responsive. I asked for another set of towels and some more coffee and they never responded. The room was noisy and not well maintained. The towels were very thin and not useful. I would not recommend.

Skvělý Everything is very streamlined and easy. The area arounnd at night might feel a bit sketchy but I didn’t have any problems. The property is really good shape and its a comfortable option near Roma Termini

The air conditioning was faulty and in the middle of summer, this shouldnt be the case. I had to ring twice. The first time water started leaking and the second time, they never came to fix it.
The room was a bit on the small side. The toom was close to a supermarket, trainstation and an excellent food hall. Most tourist sites were within walking distance. For the vatican, please use bus 429.

I had initially booked a room with no ac, when i realized this i messaged the property owners asking to change and they messaged back extremely quickly telling me the rooms with ac. That was great. A day before we get there i realized our plane got in at 10:30 and check was for 3 so I asked for an earlier check in, I got no reply. Whatever maybe they didn’t see it in time. After killing a few hours we go to check in. The room was small, I found a bug within the first few minutes, and the ac was broken. I messaged the owner again telling them that it wasn’t working, I get no reply. Throughout our stay I send a few more messages and they don’t reply to any of them. Finally , I message for a later checkout, which doesn’t get a reply lol, but we decided to see how long we could just hang out in the room for. At 10:12 someone knocks on the door and says “checkout time 10, get out. Honestly, the room would have been fine for the few nights we were staying there if everything was in working order, but the service and messaging were just horrendous. I wouldn’t recommend this place in a million years. Don’t go here.

Skvělý Location is close to train station, about 10 minutes walk. Lots of great eating places.
The check in process was smooth. The owner responded to our inquiries promptly. It will be great if there's a mini fridge.

Nice and close to the train station without hearing it. They are new at this so there was a little confusion getting into the building, knowing which room, and having the code. But they were nice fellows.
