Hotely poblíž Ito-Yokado Akabane store

Once again, I chose the familiar Ikebukuro as my accommodation. This time, I stayed at Ikebukuro Dai-ichi Hotel. You can take the airport bus to Ikebukuro West Exit or Sunshine City, but it's a bit of a walk with luggage. You could use a luggage delivery service. The hotel's location is very convenient, with Parco, FamilyMart, and various restaurants (like Ichiran Ramen and Ore-ryu Shio Ramen) nearby. The front desk staff were also very friendly and spoke excellent English. The rooms are a bit larger than typical hotels. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Tokyo.

It's about a six-minute walk from Nippori Station, but the hotel is very clean, and you can drop off your luggage early. When you return to the hotel, the staff will have already delivered your luggage to your room, which is a great service. If I had to point out a downside, it would only be that the pillows are too soft.

The room was comfortable. Although small, there was enough space to move around, and opening two 20-inch carry-on suitcases was not an issue. The air conditioning was very good. There's a microwave in the hallway, which was convenient for heating breakfast in the morning. It's about a 10-minute walk to Ikebukuro JR Station, but Exit 1 of Higashi-Ikebukuro Station on the Yurakucho Line is closer. There's a Lawson convenience store right at the corner downstairs, which is very handy.

Very close to Nippori Station, with direct Skyliner access without needing to transfer, and the surrounding area has great amenities. The hotel staff is friendly, luggage storage is available, and simple toiletries are provided in front of the elevators. The room is clean, the space is sufficient for a solo traveler, and towels are replaced daily. I purchased the breakfast add-on; although the dishes are similar every day, it was convenient and more than enough for me.

Very good location for anime lover in Ikebukuro. Supportive staff, very close to Sunshine City and Animate.

Just a few minutes' walk from Nippuri Station, it offers a very convenient and time-saving connection to Narita Airport via the JR lines or the Skyliner, making it ideal for independent travelers. Although the rooms are not large, the space is planned very practically, and the bunk beds are arranged so guests do not disturb each other. The neighborhood has great amenities with convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants all nearby, making it very easy to grab breakfast, late-night snacks, or shop for fruit, groceries, and cosmetics. The front desk staff is warm and helpful, the check-in and check-out processes are quick, and the overall stay feels reassuring and comfortable. If I visit Tokyo again next year, this place will definitely remain on my list of accommodations. — 🎩 Half-Baked Man Quotes The most important part of traveling isn't just staying in a hotel. It's finding a place where you leave full of anticipation every day, and return to feel at ease and relaxed. That is the kind of journey that makes you want to come back again and again. 🏨🇯🇵

hotel location: very near to the ikebukuro station, 5-8 mins walk to the station.. many stores that sell anime figures on the animate street..

The room is a bit small as all other Tokyo hotels are but our stay was great!!! can’t recommend this hotel enough

I stayed for six nights this time. The hotel is conveniently located on the JR Yamanote Line, just a three-minute walk from the station. It's also not as crowded as the city center. I highly recommend OMO5; the service was excellent.
