Pokud se ubytujete v sobotu, můžete vidět ohňostroj. Pokoj je opravdu velký a má pračku. Je také blízko American Village. Nevýhodou je, že bazén v horním patře je zpoplatněn. Velká veřejná lázeň je zdarma a všechna zařízení jsou nová. Jedinou nevýhodou je, že parkoviště je mechanické, takže nemůžete hned nastoupit nebo vystoupit z auta a musíte počkat. Pokud spěcháte, nezapomeňte si auto vyzvednout včas.

Hotel Location: Conveniently located, less than a 10-minute walk to American Village. Breakfast: Diverse and plentiful, and delicious. Rooms are large and comfortable with ocean views. Overall, it offers great value for money!

I am writing this email to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service and warm support I received today from Ms. Suga at the front desk. My name is Mr. NG, and I am currently staying at your hotel. Yesterday, I accidentally scraped the bumper of my rental car. As a tourist, my cell phone was not set up for domestic calls in Japan, so I was very anxious and panicked, unsure how to contact the police or the rental car company. When I returned to the hotel and asked for help at the front desk, Ms. Suga assisted me. She listened to my story with incredible enthusiasm and professionalism, and then called the police (110) and the rental car company (OTS) on my behalf. Furthermore, she meticulously explained the situation to them, step by step. What touched me most was that she noticed how anxious I was and comforted me with kind words, putting me at ease. Thanks to her, all the accident reporting procedures were completed smoothly. Her wonderful hospitality, highly professional service, and sincere empathy for guests truly embody the high service quality of Vessel Hotel. Because of her, what could have been a very stressful incident turned into an unforgettable memory that highlighted the warmth of Japan. We stayed in one of the family rooms with the bunk beds, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our Okinawa trip. Our kids were so excited about the bunk bed setup and treated it like their own little adventure space, while the adults still had plenty of room to relax comfortably. The hotel itself is beautiful, with amazing ocean views, relaxing pools, and a very upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. It was easy to access shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing areas, and the beach was only a short walk away, which made it convenient for quick sunset walks and family beach time. We especially appreciated how peaceful the area felt while still being close to everything we needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and was one of the best family-friendly stays. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Okinawa.

We only stay overnight, didn’t really get to enjoy much of the facility. But the indoor swimming pool looks pretty nice, we really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast buffet. The food was amazing. also enjoy the view from our room as you can see the photos.

Tento hotel je krásný, tichý a za svou cenu se opravdu vyplatí. Pokoj je čistý a velký, snídaně je dobrá a bohatá, personál je přátelský a ochotný.

We all enjoy this hotel so so much, very close to the city town, and a very good location to have three nights there. Thank you for your friendly hospitality. We are a small family 2 adults and 2 kids from Taiwan.

Tento pobyt byl opravdu velmi uspokojivý. V obývacím pokoji je dávkovač horké, teplé a studené vody, kuchyň je plně vybavena, dokonce i misky jsou velké. Je blízko Americké vesnice, dole je obchod Lawson a vedle něj 7-Eleven, lékárna Daikoku, ramen a sushi s otočným pásem. Opravdu jen palec nahoru 👍!

Amaville has great accessibility, and I even participated in an email event for parking and received a gift. The reception staff were very kind, and although I didn't use it, there's also a welcome drink corner. The room was very pleasant, and all the clothes and bedding smelled nice. The public bath was incredibly convenient, equipped with everything from towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body cleanser to makeup cleansing products, and even cleanser for children, so you could go empty-handed.
