The room was a bit old, but the facilities were complete, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing for a late checkout. The hotel is very large, and the signage was insufficient; we had to navigate many turns to reach the Eiffel Tower entrance. The Water Park and Qube were a lot of fun, with plenty of staff who were very willing to help, and the children had a blast.

We thoroughly enjoy our time at the hotel with every stay, and the overall experience is consistently satisfying.
The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean, making us feel relaxed and at home every time we stay.
The food quality at the hotel's restaurant is excellent, and the flavors are impressive.
The 24-hour dining service is very convenient, catering to dining needs at different hours.
All the hotel staff are extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and eager to help.
The thoughtful service from the front desk and various departmental teams makes us feel valued with every visit.

Great hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bed was huge and soft, and I had a really good night’s sleep. The bathroom was also beautiful and even had a bathtub.
The price was also quite reasonable, especially compared to other hotels nearby. There’s even a LINE FRIENDS-themed restaurant, and the lobby has lots of cute LINE FRIENDS designs too.
The service was excellent across the board — from the front desk and lobby staff to housekeeping. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.
If I had to mention one downside, it would probably be that the air conditioning wasn’t quite cold enough during summer 😂

Hotel location: Great. Transportation convenience: Great. Service: 100 points. Cleanliness: Very clean, full marks. Breakfast: Average, not enough pictures shown on the page to share much about the breakfast, but it's enough to fill you up. However, next time I will eat other special food outside, such as Cha Chaan Teng, toast, etc.

Harbourview Macau is one of the best places to stay in Macau! The hotel is beautiful, with elegant rooms that are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help.
The location is convenient, making it easy to visit major attractions while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Transportation: Close to the light rail station, but there is no shuttle bus from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge port, making it a bit inconvenient.
Lobby: Small and lacks grandeur, but acceptable.
Room: Great; even the smallest room has 2 levels, but having to use stairs is not very friendly for elderly guests.
Amenities: Only a pool and gym. The pool also requires stairs, is 1.1 meters deep, on the smaller side, which is fine if there are few people; the gym has a Pilates reformer, which is rare and great.
Facilities & Surroundings: No shopping mall, no casino, nothing much to do. There is a PARKnSHOP nearby. Many nearby restaurants might have been closed due to public holidays; the hotel's own restaurant prices are quite reasonable. Wanted to have dim sum there, but it was fully booked, sad.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's about a 15-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The air conditioning in the room is also very quiet, and the hotel staff are very polite. The only downside is that our room was near the elevator lobby, so we were often woken up by people talking loudly as they came and went.

Had a good stay at Grandview Hotel Macau. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the staff were polite and allowed us to check in early. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby local resto and transportation.
The only downside was that the pool area was closed during our visit due to other reasons, which was a bit disappointing since we were looking forward to it, so we spend our time at gym. Aside from that, overall it was still a pleasant and comfortable stay.
