Our tour guide, Hana, was always smiling, energetic, and very patient. Even on a one-day tour, she made us feel right at home. Hana thoroughly explained the background of each attraction and recommended delicious local specialties at every stop, such as fruit corn and lavender ice cream. She was also excellent at helping travelers take photos! Hana introduced us to Hokkaido's unique characteristics, local products, and even taught us little tidbits like how to distinguish different grades of cantaloupe. She also shared her personal recommendations for must-try foods in Sapporo, helping visitors to Japan understand Hokkaido better. Even though it rained that day, we still had a wonderful experience.

We joined a one-day tour in Furano, and the itinerary was incredibly smooth throughout the day. Although there were many attractions and the pace was a bit fast, we had enough time at each location for photos and food, so the scheduling was perfectly fine. Before the trip, I saw some reviews mentioning that people might get hungry, but actually, there was food available for purchase at every stop along the way. Hokkaido's white corn was super sweet, the melon bread was fragrant and soft, and the croquettes were also delicious, so there was absolutely no need to worry about going hungry. Special praise goes to our tour guide, Chillin! The group included foreigners, Japanese, Chinese, and Hong Kongers, and she was able to communicate with everyone in their respective languages. Her explanations were clear and friendly, which created a wonderful atmosphere for the entire group. The luckiest part was that everyone in the group was incredibly punctual, so the timing at each stop was perfectly managed, with no delays at all. Our guide also gave us tips at each attraction on which souvenirs were worth buying, which were inexpensive, and which offered good value for money, which was very practical for those who struggle with shopping! Overall, this tour offered great value for money and is highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit multiple classic attractions in one day.

small tour group with mini-bus. the ride was smooth, syllabus was great and Baku the tour guide was awesome. Baku gave us great tips during the trip (i.e. what to buy at service centre, where to grab lunch at Biei station…). we enjoyed it very much! thx the team for their effort!!!

V den výletu bylo krásné počasí a navíc nebylo mnoho turistů, takže jsme si mohli užít prohlídku a focení naplno. Scenérie byla také nádherná. Průvodce Xiao Dong doporučil místní kukuřici, která byla velmi sladká. Nezvolil jsem si meloun „sněz, co můžeš“, ale meloun se tam prodával i po kusech, takže jsem si myslel, že jeden nebo dva plátky budou stačit, abych ochutnal. Pokud si chcete dát zmrzlinu s příchutí levandule a melounu, nemusíte se rozhodovat, na farmě Tomita mají smíšené příchutě, takže můžete ochutnat obě najednou. Celý itinerář byl perfektně naplánovaný, bylo dostatek času na prohlídku a focení, a zároveň nebyl příliš uspěchaný. Bylo dostatek času na odpočinek a autobus i okolí atrakcí byly velmi čisté. Průvodce Xiao Dong byl také velmi nadšený, řekl nám o místních pochoutkách a produktech a kde je koupit za nejlepší cenu.

Our tour guide, Lucy, provided detailed explanations of Hokkaido's itinerary, culture, and history in Mandarin, English, and Japanese. Her presentation was rich and engaging, and her dedication was evident, making the entire trip very enjoyable. The driver's skills were excellent, balancing speed and safety, which made us feel secure. The only downside was that some group members were late, which delayed the itinerary and ultimately prevented us from buying the blue ice cream. The round-trip minibus journey, lasting about 4 hours, was quite long, and sitting for an extended period left my lower back and hips feeling a bit numb and uncomfortable. Overall, if you want to experience the attractions around Furano and Biei quickly within a limited time, this tour is still a good option. It's especially recommended for first-time visitors to Hokkaido who wish to see multiple sights in one go.

This was my first time in Hokkaido, and I was traveling alone with limited mobility, so I was a bit anxious. However, I found a tour that met all my expectations and decided to join for the first time! I was initially worried because the guide and driver were foreigners, but they provided explanations and guidance meticulously in both Japanese and their native language, and they were very pleasant! At the zoo, we barely had enough time to look around and didn't have a chance to eat lunch. I thought an extra 30 minutes would have been nice. Also, I wondered if we would have seen the main animals better if we had entered through the main gate. Overall, though, it was enjoyable to see many animals unique to Hokkaido! The Seven Star Tree and the Patchwork Road were also very beautiful! Farm Tomita was crowded with tourists, and I couldn't try the melon souvenirs, so I wished I had more time there. Nevertheless, I'm grateful and had a great time visiting many places I wouldn't have been able to see on my own. Thank you very much!

Průvodce HIKARU, tento jednodenní výlet do Furana a Biei na Hokkaidu byl úžasný! Itinerář byl velmi dobře naplánovaný, s bohatými památkami a perfektním rozvržením času, takže jsme se vůbec necítili uspěchaně. Velmi děkujeme našemu dnešnímu průvodci HIKARU, jehož služby byly po celou dobu cesty velmi profesionální a ohleduplné! Průvodce Hikaru podával bohaté a zajímavé výklady a během cesty velmi živě představoval historii Hokkaida, místní zvyky a charakteristiky jednotlivých památek. Při příjezdu na každé místo nám připomněl umístění toalet, což svědčí o jeho pečlivosti a pozornosti k detailům. Řízení trasy bylo vynikající, časy srazů byly jasně sděleny a řidič řídil velmi plynule a bezpečně, celkově to bylo velmi hladké. Shikisai no Oka: Duhové květinové moře bylo opravdu velkolepé a vizuálně ohromující! Farma Tomita: Vůně květinového moře byla relaxační a meloun byl opravdu super sladký. Modré jezírko a vodopád: Snová modrá voda jezírka v kombinaci s okolní přírodní scenérií byla naživo ještě krásnější než na fotografiích. Celkově vzato, byl to jednodenní výlet s vynikajícím poměrem cena/výkon, který nám ušetřil starosti s plánováním dopravy. Zvláště děkujeme průvodci Hikarovi a řidiči za jejich péči, díky nimž jsme si z Hokkaida odvezli velmi krásné vzpomínky. Až příště přijedeme, určitě se znovu přihlásíme👍

Leo is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and direct to the point. He is very fluent in 3 languages and give directions in all three so no one is left behind. Can you believe that we actually left on time in all stops? Whenever we passed him after getting off the bus, he swtiches to english and remind us about the instructions and switch to another language when another tourist passes him by. He is excellent! We also got to our destinations before everyone elses. He also offered assistance and explanations when needed. very happy with this tour! We recommend Leo very much!

A day trip where you don't have to wake up early is fantastic! It's wonderful to visit all the desired attractions without having to arrange transportation. The tour guide was excellent at organizing everything and provided very detailed explanations! The group members were punctual, which made the entire trip very smooth!
