Naše průvodkyně Eva a další průvodkyně (omlouvám se, nepamatuji si její jméno – je japonsko-německého původu), společně s řidičem, poskytly po celou dobu výletu vynikající služby. I když se jednalo o nabitou nedělní skupinovou prohlídku, zůstaly klidné a vše komunikovaly jasně a podrobně. Celý výlet byl velmi dobře zorganizovaný a průvodkyně byly jak znalé, tak přátelské.

Náš řidič se jmenoval něco jako Dragon a naše průvodkyně je dáma s krásnýma modrýma očima, šedými vlasy a jasným hlasem. Bohužel jsem zapomněl její jméno, ale je tak nápomocná a profesionální, což činí celý zážitek z výletu bezchybným. Doufám, že mi bude moci dělat průvodkyni znovu! Je to výlet, který stojí za to, přál bych si mít více času. Pokud milujete prohlídky památek a muzea, možná budete chtít vynechat oběd a místo toho se toulat.

Potkali jsme nejlepší průvodkyni Anju, která podávala zábavný a podrobný výklad! Prohlídka byla v angličtině (její angličtině bylo dobře rozumět). I když neměla sluchátka ani mikrofon, průvodkyně se na každém místě zastavila a vysvětlovala nám vše v kruhu. Prohlídka začala v 10:30, po dvou hodinách byla 30minutová přestávka; (ten den bylo v Německu nejchladnější počasí za sto let, Anja nás vzala do kavárny, abychom se zahřáli a zašli na toaletu) a skončila kolem 15:00. Neustále jsme procházeli městem a zjistili, že zdánlivě obyčejné budovy jsou plné historického významu. (Původně to měla být čtyřhodinová prohlídka, ale Anja měla tolik příběhů k vyprávění, že se trochu protáhla). Po této cestě jsem se o Berlíně dozvěděl mnohem více. Sám jsem viděl spoustu videí cestovních expertů na YouTube, ale skutečná účast na prohlídce (s průvodcem) zanechala hlubší dojem. Tuto prohlídku vřele doporučuji.

I participated in a 7-day tour in Munich, with a different local day trip each day, and this particular tour left the best and deepest impression on me. Whether you're in Munich for a long or short time, you should consider this one-day tour. Remember to visit Linderhof Palace; it's incredibly beautiful and reflects the excellent taste of the king at the time. I personally believe it's more worthwhile than other palaces, so if some Neuschwanstein Castle day tours don't include this palace, it's a missed opportunity. You absolutely must choose this tour. Besides thoroughly visiting both Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles, this tour also includes a visit to a lake, which I believe is called Alpine Lake, offering everything you could want. Linderhof Palace is also an indispensable part of the itinerary. Many tours only drive past the Painted Village (Oberammergau) on the tour bus, but this itinerary thoughtfully includes a short stop there, which I found sufficient. You can take photos, buy drinks, and purchase souvenirs in the Painted Village. Booking through Klook was very convenient. Also, because this tour is very popular, there's a high chance it departs daily. Our group on that day had about 50 people. On a side note, I saw a review on Klook about a male tour leader with braids whose reviews weren't great, which is quite a shame. Although he might come across as a bit arrogant, he actually has deep knowledge and extensive experience. I could tell he managed the time very well, though he was a bit stressed about time control. But you'll understand why after you complete this tour: excellent time management is crucial; otherwise, you won't be able to enter the palaces on time, and it would be difficult to squeeze in a short visit to the Painted Village. Everyone needs to understand this, which is why he was so focused on time control. Unfortunately, he told us it was his last day working, and I was lucky enough to have him lead our tour. He instructed us on how to navigate the Neuschwanstein Castle itinerary, how to save time by taking the shuttle bus here and there, which saved us some time and leg power. Before coming here, I had watched YouTube videos, and the routes they suggested for walking were very long and time-consuming. So, having this guide teach us how to complete the entire route within a certain timeframe was invaluable. He would walk around the bus, explaining and answering questions for each group individually. Although not overly detailed, it's challenging to explain things thoroughly on a moving bus, yet he still managed to answer questions for each group. Booking through Klook is very convenient, so I highly, highly recommend choosing this Neuschwanstein Castle & Linderhof Palace day tour and the Königssee & Magic Forest day tour through Klook. These two tours are a must-do. Strong recommendation. Additionally, I'd like to express that Klook only allows six photos to be uploaded for reviews, which doesn't allow us to provide detailed visuals for future interested travelers. I hope Klook can relax this limit and allow us to upload at least 20 photos in reviews so that the next participants can get a clearer understanding.

Zámek Neuschwanstein je skutečnou pohádkou, která nabízí naprosto úžasné alpské výhledy, dechberoucí architekturu z devatenáctého století a nezapomenutelné fotografické příležitosti na každém rohu. Rezervace přes Klook je tak snadná, celkově je to skvělý zážitek z prohlídky.

Heidelberg Card zahrnuje vstupné na hlavní atrakce a také elektronický voucher, který obsahuje jednodenní jízdenku na veřejnou dopravu. Je velmi pohodlné cestovat přímo veřejnou dopravou, protože je platná v celé síti VRN.

This 11-hour tour is worth the money. The guide does her job well, and travellers can buy drinks from the driver at a much lower price compared to stores in the tourist areas.

Sarah was a great guide. Clear, detailed, & very thoughtful in timing our visit to the barackes (museum) to avoid crowds. A truly memorable place for us.
