Swiss Belhotel has the best, clean, and beautifully arranged rooms. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, the food is delicious, and the price is reasonable. The location is close to all the places we want to go. Thank you, Swiss Belhotel. I can repeat again later.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. This time, I brought my parents as well as my brother and his family. We love the hotel’s interior, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, especially Cik Mazlinda. The way she greeted and assisted us made us feel right at home. In addition, my kids love the kids club very much!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent, with direct access to the beach and plenty of food options nearby at night. The resort offers a relaxing atmosphere and is a perfect place to enjoy quality time with your partner. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Best hotel, strong water pressure, pleasant scent from the lobby to the room. It was truly enjoyable for the 3 days I stayed. Delicious breakfast. Breakfast: Delicious breakfast. Hotel location: Very strategic location, right in front of the mall.

We were very satisfied with our 3-day, 2-night vacation at this hotel. The lamb fried rice at the cafe was delicious, and the portion of lamb was generous. What our children loved most was the swimming pool and its proximity to the beach. When the kids are happy, the parents are happy too. The only minor issue was some sand in the room. Overall, everything was great, and we will definitely repeat our stay next time.

Best Chalet near cherating so far. Good location and near to beach area and few cafe nearby. Room was okay and clean.

The place so great in a suburn kuantan area Balok. I love the bed so soft and great for sleep. The breakast buffet, so good! I sleep so soundly! However, the toilet kind of smelly and when I flush down the toilet the water colour turn brown. Don’t have water heater. I also can hear animal steps during night and morning at the ceiling. I love this place, I hope there’s improvement in future.

The hotel location is very close to shopping mall & foods are within walking distance. I believed the hotel has done some facelift, the room & bathroom were clean. However there is a pub & restaurant opposite the hotel, so the music was loud but it ends at 1am. For light sleeper, pls take note. Overall it's a good hotel with warm & helpful staffs.

BEST BUDGET HOTEL IN KUANTAN. NOT 5 STAR OR 4 STAR RATED, BUT ATLEAST IT IS WORTH FOR WHAT YOU PAID
