We have an awesome guide, Sara, who was professional, helpful, and cheerful. Best guide that I have ever encountered. She suggested additional itineraries that made our day a really enjoyable one. Sara's lunch recommendation was great too, and so was her driving skills. Thank you, Sara!

Sara was an absolute gem during my Hop On Hop Off experience in Yarra Valley. She effortlessly combined professionalism with a warm and fun personality, making the entire trip so smooth and enjoyable. Her patience and clarity stood out, as she made sure all instructions were easy to follow and tailored to each stop. I loved how Sara confirmed our pick-up times at every stop, ensuring there was no confusion, and her proactive approach really impressed me. When one of the wineries turned out to be closed to the public, she didn’t miss a beat—she quickly suggested an alternative spot and even called ahead to make sure the staff there would take great care of us. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that. Sara’s ability to handle unexpected situations with such grace and efficiency speaks volumes about her professionalism. She truly takes pride in delivering the best experience for her passengers, and her reliability made the trip even more memorable. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone—it’s clear she’s passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about making the experience unforgettable!

一天能到四個酒莊 行程很充實 導遊Jon很友善 沿途一路向我們詳細地介紹不同酒莊的特色和歷史！

My guide is very friendly and have good explanation to the wine place I go

A very organized Yarra Valley trip with the top of class recommendation from Sara! Couldn’t have done it without the suggestion!

The Hop It team was very responsive and helpful when we emailed them to ask for tips and advice prior to making a booking. This hop on and off option was great as it provided us with more freedom and flexibility than the mainstream big-group tours with fixed stops. We really enjoyed visiting the boutique wineries in town and the less touristy vineyards. John was our driver for the day and he gave us lots of tips and information before to each stop. We'll definitely book their other tours the next time we visit Melbourne!

Fantastic! We booked this transfer as no one wants to drive after wine tatsing. It’s a family business and what a life saver. On time and Jon is a wonderful driver/ guide. He would give out recommendations on the specialties of each winery or places to visit if you do not have a thorough plan.

The bus hopping was great. I was able to choose the destinations on my own. The captain guide was ver entertaining. The claiming was also easy because I was contacted before the day of the activity. Overall, it was a wondrous experience, my parents and I enjoyed it, thank you.
