The view from the altar is fantastic! You can see Rome’s popular attractions from the top. The only hassle though is that the voucher should be exchanged at the tourist information center outside that’s on the other side of the road. We had quite a difficulty finding it. Also, we waited a long time ‘til someone could assist us with our voucher because there’s a lot of people inside the tourist info center.

The pass usage was super easy and convenient. And the local operator was very professional and gave me a in-depth experience of the attraction. Highly recommended.

Hi. I don't relish writing a "1" rating, but I want you the consumer to know why I rate this--not just this one booking, but the app, and the entire Kllok approach as a "1". By the end, perhaps you will agree (you may not) with my rating as an experience and decide whether you want to go down this path. Price. On 6 JAN 24 I paid $37.09 for access to the rooftop elevate at the Monumento Vittorio Emmanuele in Roma. I paid this amount because I found myself doing work travel on short notice and all the other tours were (predictably, it's Rome), booked. I joined the line at the Vittorio (more on that later) and found that the walkup price was 17 euros. After you do the conversion from euros to dollars, I paid +100% for the price. But, that still wasn't the thing that still makes me sore about this experience. Let's move on... Second, the Kloop app is a klunker. I had 3 of 4 bar cellphone reception on the back balcony of the Vittorio and the app replied that I was not connected to the internet. Well, that was an issue at that moment. Why? Well, I was trying to access the online booking and determine if the QR code provided as an attachment to the booking was redeemable at the elevator kiosk. Third, I relearned an old lesson--which I thought that tourism event providers learned a long time ago...until I was in Rome at the site--then I (re)learned. So, this one *may* be on me, but I hate the way Klook handled this particular matter. When I scrolled down on the .pdf voucher attached to a booking notification email--in small font there were instructions to redeem the QR code, that is, turn it into a bar code that was then admissable to access the site. So, the instructions for redemption made me laugh--not haha, but laugh like I'm laughing because I really want to say a bad word, or six. To access the ticket you paid for, you cannot go to the site--like many other things are now set up. No, you ride the Rome subway, take a bus--or two. Then, hope that when you get to the office (?), it's open and you're not standing in another line. One, two, three. I won't use Klook again. For the rest of my life. You still have a change to ponder. It's worthy of "1" when you consider the other major platforms and how don't do what Klook does. +100% ticket for this degree of hassle..??? Nope. Not again. Peace, out.
