the only DIY part of this experience was using the machine to stuff the toy. the staff will do the sewing for you. also, this klook voucher only allowed us to choose from a specific list of animals. we had to pay more if we wanted animals not on the list and the clothes for the stuffed toys are additional costs as well. it would be good if all these information could be stated up front before purchasing the voucher. but overall, still a chill and fun experience!

terms could be clearer that the price paid is only limited to selected range of dolls with no accessories & shirt which has only 3-4 designs available. additional monetary top up is required for other plush dolls & its accessories and clothing. the experience did not start well when the voucher was redeemed the next minute my booking was confirmed. contacted the studio via IG, and they explained that it was a new staff who redeemed the voucher. it provides a limitation when they redeemed the voucher as the terms offered was consumer can cancel and received full refund if the voucher was not redeemed.
