worth the money! this service made travelling trom the airport to melbourne cbd and vice versa easy. was initially worried we needed to wait til 4am since the last trip from the airport is scheduled around 1am. luckily when we exited the airport around 1am but there were still 2-3 buses available until 1:30am.

Super simple. I got ticket as I was walking out of the airport. no need to redeem physical ticket, just show QR code on phone. got to city comfortably in 30 mins. then it was a short free tram ride to hotel. very easy. strongly recommend.

The bus offers ample luggage space on the lower deck and plenty of seating on the upper deck, providing a scenic ride to the city. However, the exterior branding of the SkyBus obstructs the view significantly. This makes the scenery less enjoyable and poses a problem when trying to take photos, as the camera tends to focus on the perforated stickers instead of the view outside.
