Matthew is highly skilled too, we have our own itinerary in mind but Matthew went above and beyond because he instead gave us a better tour plan! we toured around London, Notting hill, and he even brought us to places that are relevant to their history! Matthew is also very knowledgeable and kind enough to give us background stories about each places. i love this tour and this is the best service you can get to tour around London in big groups! such a hassle free, fun and convenient way to explore London. thankyou!!

Ahmed is the real deal when it comes to private transportation in London. We hired him for airport transports (back and forth) and for a one-day tour in London city center. He is always on time, and would in fact always arrive earlier than the agreed schedule. Having him as a driver gave us a very convenient experience with our travel. He would open the door for you, help you with your luggage, and would always ask for anything that you need help with. For the one-day tour, which was supposed to be just in the inner city of London, I made a mistake by not knowing that our first stop was no longer part of London and turned out to be 1 1/2 hours of travel from our hotel. Ahmed is so nice to make the adjustment without charging us extra. He is very knowledgeable about navigating inside London, which allowed us to see more places than we planned. He would always drop us off and pick us up at very convenient spots, allowing us to walk less. There is so much more good things I can say about Ahmed, but to wrap things up, I highly recommend his service for anyone visiting London. I would definitely refer him to people I know and will surely book him again on my next visit.

The shuttle bus arrived before the agreed time. This gave us more time to settle down before our trip. Our ride from the hotel to our first destination was comfortable. The driver even gave us instructions on how to reach the Windsor Castle. Our drive to Stonehenge was also smooth. After the tour, the driver took us to Bicester Village and gave us enough time to shop. The driver then brought us back to the hotel safe and sound. I highly recommend his services and we will definitely book again for our next travel.
