The weather was great for the boat trip that day. The boat can sometimes be a bit rocky, so we recommend taking motion sickness medication. We saw wild seals in the fjord, and the captain brought the boat close to the cliffs so we could observe them up close. There are many waterfalls in the fjord.

After boarding, if the weather is good, there's a kayaking activity. The captain will find beautiful scenery for us to get in the water and play, and every photo turns out stunning. In between, we'll look for sea lions and penguins to observe. Dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious! I didn't feel seasick at all while sleeping at night. The only minor issues were a strong odor in the restroom and the shower water not draining completely. Other than that, the entire trip was wonderful, and I highly recommend it if you want to fully experience Milford Sound!

Our guide shared a lot of knowledge and stopped at every beautiful spot so we could take photos. They were also incredibly kind. The ferry was large and comfortable. It was great to see seals, and Milford Sound was absolutely beautiful. The bus even had a glass ceiling, allowing us to fully enjoy the stunning scenery. Thank you for creating such a wonderful tour.

We went to the meeting point because we had a six-year-old child. The receptionist said that children definitely need a car seat. Luckily, we had rented a car and also rented a car seat, so we asked the receptionist. She said it was okay to use it, otherwise we might not be able to get on the vehicle. This place is amazing, a must-visit if you go to New Zealand.

The views on this trip were biblical/beyond words. This is probably our most memorable and favourite experience whilst in New Zealand. The expertise and experience of the captain really made this a fantastic trip. From the start, with complementary hot drinks and snacks to a friendly and informative crew this is a once in a lifetime experience. The fjords were magnificent, teaming with waterfalls spectacular views dolphins and seals.

The driver is Malaysian and speaks Chinese, making communication easy. He is also very considerate of tourists. The provided child car seat wasn't dirty. The boat used was small, allowing us to get close to the waterfall, and the lunch was also delicious.
