Fantastic 5.0
great maybe it was too much time in the floating market. You get a 30-40 ride in a boat included, and after that you get 1:30h to spend around there. But honestly for us that was too much time considering you saw all from the boat already. besides that everything was great! the smell of the train market was too heavy for my wife (lots of fish)

a fascinating and unforgettable experience with an amazing guide Nok! she did everything - taught us basic Thai, gave us all the needed historical and practical information, including how to bargain, where to find the best food and best things to bring home at the most convenient prices. she kept our spirits high, even when it started raining (it fully enhanced the experience and created a perfect atmosphere). there was never a boring or an worrisome moment during the tour. Nok kept us all engaged, gave us personal photoshoots and very personal treatment! we played games, talked and had an amazing time! great value for money and highly recommend

Visiting the Grand Palace and Wat Arun is an absolute must when in Thailand - it's like experiencing the best of the country in one go! 🌟 Immersing myself in the rich culture, history, and government system has been truly eye-opening. Huge thanks to TTD Global and our amazing tour guide, Sohm, for making this journey so unforgettable! 🙏 Sohm's expertise and warmth made all the difference - she's the best! 💕"

Fantastic 5.0
Safari World is actually quite interesting. You can experience feeding various types of animals, but everything costs extra... Especially since they don't allow you to bring your own water inside.... I recommend the bird park; it's only 100 Thai Baht. The birds provide a lot of emotional value, and even if you don't have food, they still flutter around you. The giraffe feeding experience is also great. It's quite unique inside that you can feed kangaroos!! The buffet doesn't have a huge variety, but I thought it was quite delicious, and the fish ball soup was tasty!! Our tour guide this time was CHOPIN. She was very responsible and enthusiastic. She created a lively atmosphere on the bus, explained basic Thai history and culture, and also gave us a simple animal tour. She answered every question and deserves a 5-star rating!!

Fantastic 5.0
The tour was a nice change of scenery, because most of the temples that we went were destroyed 500 years ago and we are seeing the remaining structures of it. Really crazy to witness this history. A big shout out to our tour guide Ploi, very polite, organised and enthusiastic. she did a fantastic job 👏👏👏 she taught basic Thai and really happy to chat with us. Recommended!

This day tour is popular for travelers who want a mix of wildlife adventure and historical sights in one itinerary. Our tour guide rep is very friendly and accommodating. She's knowledgeable about both the Safari Park and the WWII history of Kanchanaburi. Clear with instructions, especially regarding timing and other activities. Helpful in taking photos, and ensuring everyone is comfortable. When travelers had a good guide, the entire experience felt smoother, safer, and more enjoyable. Thanks to Yimm of AK Travel.

An informative experience showcasing amazing Thai culture. My guide, Ying, was full of joy, laughter and was a wealth of information explaining the significance of Wat Arun and Was Pho. Ying made sure to accommodate all guests on the tour and even stayed later than her allocated time to make sure we all were looked after. Thank you Ying!

Fantastic 5.0
This was the most fulfilling day of my trip to Bangkok!! I highly recommend it because there are so many things you can't experience in Japan! You can ride the elephants during their break time for 500 baht, so I definitely recommend trying it! Our tour guide, Pep, was very kind and even contacted me via LINE the day before, and during the tour, he repeatedly said, "If you have any problems, please contact me even after the tour. Don't hesitate." I had booked another tour with the same company the next day, but I couldn't get in touch with the guide, so I contacted Pep, and he called me and even gave me detailed directions on how to get there! I am so grateful for his kindness! Pep is the best!!! He also takes individual photos every time!

What to know before visiting Bangkok

Top Attractions in Bangkok City, Thailand

The Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew

When you visit Bangkok, the Grand Palace is a must-see. It’s the city’s most famous landmark, home to Wat Phra Kaew, or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. The golden roofs and detailed Thai architecture show Bangkok’s royal history and rich cultural heritage.

Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn)

Across the Chao Phraya River from the Grand Palace, Wat Arun is one of the most beautiful temples in Bangkok. You can climb its tall central tower for amazing city views, especially during sunrise or sunset when the temple glows in the light.

Chatuchak Weekend Market

Shop like a local at Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok’s most famous shopping spots. With thousands of stalls, you’ll find clothes, art, plants, and souvenirs. Don’t forget to try the local street food, from mango sticky rice to coconut ice cream.

Khao San Road

For a taste of Bangkok’s nightlife, head to Khao San Road. The street is filled with bars, live music, and food stalls that stay open late. It’s also a nice place to meet other travelers and experience Bangkok’s energetic atmosphere.

Siam Paragon and MBK Center

In Bangkok’s city center, Siam Paragon and MBK Center are two of the largest shopping malls. You’ll find fashion stores, restaurants, and even aquariums inside. It’s the perfect spot to cool off, shop, and enjoy modern Bangkok life.

Tips before visiting Bangkok

1. Stay Connected with an eSIM

Before arriving in Bangkok, set up a Thailand eSIM so you can easily use maps, translation apps, and rideshare services like Grab. You can buy one online before your trip or at Bangkok International Airport. Having internet access makes getting around the Bangkok metropolis much easier.

2. Dress Code at Religious Sites

When visiting Bangkok’s temples, like the Grand Palace or Wat Pho, you must dress modestly. Cover your shoulders and knees, and avoid sleeveless tops or short skirts. Respecting the dress code shows appreciation for Thai culture and local traditions.

3. Greeting Customs

The traditional Thai greeting is the wai, you press your palms together and give a small bow. You’ll often see this gesture when meeting locals or thanking someone in Bangkok. It’s a polite and respectful way to connect with people during your visit.

4. Tipping Practices

Tipping isn’t required in Bangkok, but it’s always appreciated. Leave small change for good service at restaurants, hotels, or taxis. Even a small tip shows gratitude and helps support the friendly service culture in Bangkok.

5. Market Haggling

Shopping at places like Chatuchak Weekend Market or Patpong Night Market is a fun part of visiting Bangkok. Bargaining is normal, so don’t be shy to negotiate politely for a better price.
