I came to Malaysia for the first time with my family members. I used this company to see the city's landmarks on my way to the hotel after my flight. The service they provided us during this trip was excellent. And their drivers and their vehicles were excellent. Therefore, I highly recommend them. A+

Since my flight back home was a late-night one, I used this before the flight. The full body and facial massage were absolutely fantastic. They remove all your makeup, so you can go home bare-faced. There were shower rooms available, but I didn't use them. All the staff were kind and helpful, and it was a pleasant experience. Just a note that the SPA reception is in a different location from the hotel reception, but the hotel reception staff were also kind enough to guide me.

Pick-up and drop-off were hassle-free, and the support team was responsive throughout. Driving in Malaysia was comfortable with good road conditions, clear signages, and easy access to petrol stations. Just be mindful of toll roads, as most require Touch ’n Go card balance.
