We had a great stay! staff were very kind, responsive, and helpful. The location is excellent—very close to the main tourist attractions and many great restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

It is in good location the breakfast buffet is very basic.. The rooms are bit tiny and no windows or wardrobe.

This hotel is not clean. Lots of smells in the room. AC wasn’t working when they moved us into another room. Shower also was not working in the first room.
The area around it is not safe, lots of homeless around. The upside is that it is close to the tram and walkable to some sites.

Really was clean and modern. Room was a decent size, I liked all the mirrors. Bathroom was big and bright, only thing I wish the shower was bigger and the shower curtains did not sick to you. Really close to the metro, lots of cafes and restaurants which are walkable.

Room was clean. Coffee water and tea kept topped uo. Staff were helpful and courteous. Great location right next to tram 28 stop. Load of good restaurants and cafes.

Room was clean and the hotel. Feel like staff upon arrival could tell you were to get breakfast in a morning and where they recommended out of the hotel. Hotel was just a base for us but wouldnt recommended if you couldnt walk 30 mins or more to better parts of lisbon.
