It’s very hard to book in staff there but can’t book in till 3pm not good

Per sota de la mitjana It’s hard to deal with staff, they don’t understand English, I waited much time to check in although I came late, in the reception very hot there is no Ac, every time you go outside the room you need the security to open your room !! It was funny, the bed sheet was not tidy and clean it smells
