Tribe was an excellent place to stay in Kuta! It is perfectly located where you are walking distance from markets, incredible restaurants and the western style mall. But nothing will be the fact that it is across the street from the beach! The service was outstanding as every member of their team greets you with a smile every time they see you, the accommodated all requests in a timely fashion and our room and property were always kept clean. The rooftop pool and restaurant are top notch! Tough to find many infinity pools overlooking the ocean! It’s a perfect setting to watch the gorgeous Kuta sunsets over the ocean. The food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was phenomenal, while watching the sunset. All together, Tribe was a great place to stay. It would be tough to find another hotel, especially at such a great price, in Kuta.

The staff is EXCELLENT. They even kept my luggage for 6 days when I was traveling out of Bali. The pool and the view from the pool is ecstatic.

Très bon buffet brunch le matin avec du bon café et un personnel très serviable. L'accueil de l'hôtel (Dia) est extrêmement cordial et chaleureux.

Busy hotel

Not bad

I honestly probably wouldn’t stay here again. Check-in was at 2 pm, but our room wasn’t ready until after 3. When we got in, it didn’t feel very clean and had a strong disinfectant smell that gave me a headache. We also had a staff member enter our room without permission to fix a broken door. The staff were generally lovely and upgraded our room, but housekeeping was inconsistent. In Bali, daily cleaning, fresh water, and emptying the toilet paper bin are important. Indra did an amazing job and deserves recognition. One cleaner came by around 3–4 pm, and when we only asked for water and the bin emptied, he tried to get me to follow two of his tattoo Instagram accounts. After a long day, we just wanted to rest, and being approached like that in our room made me uncomfortable. The pool was much smaller than expected, so we never used it. The positives were that most of the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast and coffee were great, the pizza was delicious, and they even packed us takeaway food for our trip to the airport. Overall, there were some nice touches, but the cleanliness, privacy, and housekeeping issues mean we wouldn’t return.

I just got packed breakfast because I have to leave early morning. But unfortunately when I opened box it was full of ants.
