Had to ask the front desk to clean the room. Never when the sign was left on to clean was it done. But it’s fine. Everyone was friendly attentive and prompt when asked. Very professional atmosphere overall

The room was basic, the beds and pillows were rock hard. The air conditioning didn’t work, the window was broken and didn’t seal shut so road noise came in. There was a club on site and the noise of the music kept us awake. Doors slamming throughout the night. However the little Costa was lovely and the staff were very nice.

The window didn't close properly so I could hear the road noise and call to prayer. I could hear and feel the base from the club on the 15th floor even though I was on the second floor. When I arrived my room still had sunflower seed shells on the floor from the previous guest.
