It is a beautiful hotel and I would definitely stay there again. A couple of issues I had were that the entrance is near enough impossible to find via Google / Careem / Uber. The road in front is almost entirely blocked as there were building works going on. I also had an issue with in room dining in which I called the restaurant and reception well over 10 times and they never picked up. I’d still say that these are minor issues and the staff were all friendly. I particularly liked that they had filtered water machines in the rooms and that the decor was so beautiful.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional! The design , the staff , the staff, the rooms and the location! The room was exceptionally clean! The staff upgraded our room, and everything was great. Except the bathroom had a smell in it. And the bath shower wasn’t a great design choice as the water comes out and the bathroom floods. The staff are all friendly and respond to requests immediately with smiles on their faces. The staff really made this stay great! The hotel is new so everything is still pristine. Towels and bedding were all cleaned and we liked the use of the water machine in the room eliminating plastic use .

Lovely hotel, amazing staff, good location. I got an early check-in too (subject to availability) I had some work near my room so they moved me. Location is very good, many things nearby. Airport only 30 mins away. Room is spotless and modern. Also pure water filter tap in the room. Bathroom nice, although I did find the water splashed out the bath a lot but there is a drain.

Surroundings is nothing special. Downtown Abu Dhabi isn't pretty or touristic, however it's a good base to sightseeing and taxis are cheap. The hotel itself is very clean but even after 3 nights at the hotel I couldn't figure out how to get hot water. Sometimes functionality is better than design.
