Per a negocis

The property was spacious and clean. The spa hours were 10-6 which was difficult as we were attending a conference. There was a huge disconnect in communication with the front desk and the roof top restaurant. We booked two nights in a row and on the day of the reservation we were told the entire space was booked out despite us having a reservation. The air conditioning wasn’t working and the maintenance guy tried to convince us it was working. After being moved to a different room with a working air condition the stay became more comfortable.

Warm welcome, all staff helpful and accommodating. Rooms spotless, if one reads QR codes then amenities may be OK, if not then no instructions for coffee pod machine, TV, room service, minibar. Slow service in restaurant but food good and decent amounts. Restricted hours of pool opening hours.

The check-in process was very good. Housekeeping also was very good when we asked for more towels and water. The bellmenwere very good, Especially Vito who was very helpful at check-out. Great facility. My wife enjoyed the sauna.

Nice hotel, clean, staff was good. Food not great, no real finer dining within walking distance. Good choice for conventioneers, not for those wanting a home base to wander the city from.
