We enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable beds, nice area near Evil Daves and Starbucks and the hot tub and sauna were nice after a day of hiking nearby. Our room keys suddenly stopped working after 1 day but the front desk was able to accommodate us. Would stay here again!

We requested room service for one night, but it never happened. However, the clean sign was hung on the door. So it is a bit disappointing. The location is great and rooms are reasonably clean.

The property was just ok and located within a short drive to shopping/dining, while not within a short walk. It was located at the end of town and would take about 10-15 mins to walk to the heart of shopping/dining. The staff was extremely nice, but the rooms could use some upgrades to make them a little “brighter”, for lack of better words. They were just outdated. However, I would not discourage anyone from staying there. It was still convenient and clean with friendly staff.

Great place and location to walk up and down the town of Jasper. Price was great too! We also enjoyed the hot tub

The room was clean and the only complaints we have is the shortage of tissue and the price.
We understand the price is due to the location but all of Jasper is over priced in my opinion.
