Great hotel to stay at with lots of attractions nearby as well as the metro. High standard property with large rooms and excellent club lounge options. Staff were very friendly and although most had limited English, they all made an effort to assist. Great mall across the road with huge amount of food options ans the meteo line is only one stop from line 2 which is on of the main lines. Great hotel. Would highly recommend. And dumplings... oh the dumplings ... I had these for breakfast 8 days in a row .... 😋

We stayed in an executive room with club lounge access. We used the pool and sauna. This hotel is outstanding in room size, quality of the bed and bedding, cleanliness, service of every staff member and the food was of high quality and plenty of choices. Would highly recommend .only hotel on our whole holiday to ask how was our stay.

Surprisingly nice hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable and in a beautiful location near the Changfeng Park and convenient being next to the Joy City Mall. Breakfast is good. Only minor issue is that sound proofing could be better. I heard my neighbour belt out Chinese songs to my amusement and another neighbour practising the violin.

Excellent hotel! 20 minutes ride from Hongqiao Airport, train station and Hongqiao CBD. Great location: walking distance to Changfeng park, the subway station and the mall (Joycity) where you can find plenty of places to have a full meal or quick bites. The room is nice and clean, the bed is comfortable. Staffs are nice and helpful.

Nice room facility but the staff needs more training. The front desk cannot figure out whether the room had been payed and the doorman blocked the entrance way.
