Beautiful and most convenient location. The staff was amazing and super helpful! The breakfast was wonderful and the manager is awesome. The Dirty Martini at the bar was amazing!

We had a spacious two king beds in a clean, modern room, ample for four people. The location was perfect, minutes walk to the pier and train station. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Everything about this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it for a trip to Lucerne.

The Hotel is in a convenient location to the train station and boat piers. Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good assortment of hot and cold items as well as a coffee and espresso drink maker to start your day. Nice lunch at the restaurant on the outdoor patio.

Generally good but the bed covers were ALWAYS tucked to make them too short - reaching about chest height - so had to be unticked before bed - then they fell off.

room was large looking over train track. Let down by lack of breakfast for allergy. I asked but they 'run out' of plant based yogurt, no cake left and difficulty in obtaining information on cooked breakfast. good location but wouldn't walk late at night to the town as park opposite seems to be hang out for rappers and youngsters.
