Staff at check in were very warm and professional. I left my bags as I was too early for check in and these were put in my room for me which was appreciated after being out in the heat. It made for a quick, easy check in. Room was spacious, clean and quiet at the back of the property. My only suggestion would be to add a fixed shower head (a rain shower would be even better). The detachable shower heads aren’t always easily accessed for the ladies on a hair wash day as no matter how many times you adjust the spray, they tend to turn back towards the wall. That minor detail aside, very happy overall and would definitely recommend!

This was such an amazing hotel. Right across from the train and so clean and beautiful. The staff was top notch always willing to help. Made us feel at home and provided us such amazing service. From the time we got there to the time we left this hotel and staff left us amazed and grateful we book here.
