Beautiful vintage style hotel completely updated. Bonus free upgrade to a suite. Disappointed that there was no A/C. Room had 2 fans along with walk out balcony, and a large double swing operable window. Room cooled nicely after midnight. Great location, across the street from the train station ( electric trains … no sound) Central to the core attractions. Great place walkable location.

Great hotel- although please note this hotel does not have air conditioning due to the strict heritage laws, it does hover provide a fan which was more than sufficient. Easy quick check in, friendly staff who are willing to go the extra mile. Great location across from the train station. Bedding was comfortable and the room was modern and clean. Would stay here again. The staff even went above and beyond with a happy birthday sign and block of Swiss chocolate for my husbands birthday. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

The location across the train station was very convenient. The room was not at all cozy or similar to what I had booked. Also there was no air conditioning with very temps.

Nice hotel. Rooms are a bit dated. Shower within a bath not my favourite. No air con as there is a city restriction. Nice stay though. Breakfast ok

This is a historical building so only fan is available. It will feel hot in summer. The temperature of the water in the shower changes constantly and it was not the best experience for us.

Beautiful historic building in excellent location convenient to the train station. Easy walk to the many popular sites and historic area for shopping and dining. Gorgeous room with all modern amenities. Highly recommend!
