Room was spacious, clean, and really nice decor. The entire place was quiet, and the staff was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the Vinnhaus. Great easy location in Puerto Natales as well.

The decor makes you feel like you’re staying in a palace! Very cute dining room and room designs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was lovely and comfortable. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. A delicious breakfast was offered every morning and we enjoyed it very much. They had a full bar with the sweetest bartender. The only negative was that there was no TV. I didn’t see that mentioned anywhere on the listing so we were quite surprised. Obviously we did just fine. We’re just used to relaxing to something on tv at the end of the day when we’re traveling. But all the good stuff here outweighed that one thing.
