It's a very good place to stay at, had everything I needed. If you have an early tour in the morning they provide a takeaway breakfast. A laundry service is available too. The staff were very helpful.

Per sota de la mitjana The room has very thin walls making it absolutely not private I could literally hear everything that was going on outside and the room next to me. The wall behind my bed was peeling off. The room was awfully small. The showers were disgusting

Bé Accommodations were fairly comfortable and clean with a nice breakfast. But, would not stay there again. Rooms are down a long hallway and the windows are covered only with a see-through sheer roller curtain-so absolutely no privacy, and a little creepy. As anyone walking down the hall has a view into your room.

Highly recommend!! Great place to stay, central location, big rooms with nice shower & loads of hot water, hotel owner absolutely superb, & makes your stay a real home from home.

Important info: uber has two different addresses for this hotel! I chose the wrong one and had to walk 15 minutes with my bags. Anyways: Serviceable base for exploring Torres del Paine. Basic rooms are very basic but probably all you need. One drawback is reception was almost never staffed even if you ring the service bell.
