The pool is great, clean and seems a little bigger to many city hotels. Location is good in terms of restaurants. It is a bit far from tourist attractions but it is a great place to try out local foods. The room is spacious but the bed is small. We booked two-bed room and the bed size is full not queen like advertised I think. The room is carpeted and it does not work well with Vietnam's weather so it is smelly. The hotel AC is HOT, not cool. We were waiting in the first floor and sweaty. It takes forever to get things from room service.

Hotel needs some maintenance, like deep cleaning rugs and general appearance. Pool should be strictly for guests not swimming lessons. Breakfast buffet cooking was not very good. Sticky rice not cooked enough. After 7:30 am buffet is almost finished, slim pickings. The staff were always wonderful but as Americans we tipped generously. We were told the Spa was mostly for the men to use. Rating 3.5 stars at best!

when we come to room and find out one comforter cover had a lot of hairs. After they changed that one, we found some stain on other cover. they have to change again. We called front dask for ice, they told us we have to change with the bar and bartender told us we have to paid for the ice. I have stayed so many hotels and never hear that we have to pay for the ice. We check with front dask again they don't have anything to said. that is mean we have to pay.
