Fantàstic
The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable! Staff response time was great! Room was comfortable, quiet and roomy. Definitely would stay here again.

Ac made weird noises whole night, couldn’t sleep. Really loud noises . Mentioned that to the front desk while checking out but the person offered $15 food voucher which was already there in the Expedia app when I made the reservation yesterday. It felt like they were offering nothing else but the already existing voucher that came with the reservation which basically belong to me already before the trouble. So, it wasn’t a good experience.

Cannot comment on amenities and I did not use them. Room was clean and comfortable. Tv didn’t work. The conditioner holder in the shower fell to the floor at 4am - it wasn’t used by me. 13 foot ceilings were nice however the overhead light wouldn’t stop flashing. Ordered room service from Denny’s - pancakes. Not given a knife or fork. Checkout had to wait 28 minutes for a worker to appear.
