We loved using our complementary pass to the community center gym! Very convenient to Stanley Park and so many restaurants to walk to!

Overall, excellent. However temp control from one room to the other was a bit lacking. In window AC unit very noisy. The staff, especially, stood out as being so friendly and helpful.

The Times Square Suites Hotel is a great option if you need a little more space and amenities than a traditional hotel room. The suite was spacious and comfortable. Just outside downtown, the location provide easy access to public transport and West End attractions. There is an amazing headspa just outside the exit, Breka Bakery and Safeway across the street. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. Highly recommended stay in you're in Vancouver!

All went well, but housekeeping did not put up black out curtains. We had just flown all day, and needed to sleep. Make sure to inquire if you need them.

We had an amazing stay, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, parking was convenient, and not to mention we were 3 minutes walk to Stanley Park. We suggest renting some bikes and heading to the park and seawall for a wicked time

It was a cozy, clean and comfortable accomodation, close to Stevens Park and downtown attractions. Kitchen and laundry facilities are well-maintained, staff is friendly, and the price is reasonable.

We had a nice stay overall. The location is excellent, with a grocery store right across the street, which made it easy to grab snacks like strawberries for the kids. We also appreciated having a kitchen—it was a huge convenience when traveling with children. The room was clean, and while it’s not the Ritz, it was comfortable and met our expectations. We did have to switch rooms during our stay, but the hotel staff was very accommodating and made the process easy. The only downside (and reason we switched) was the pull-out sofa. Our kids found it very uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well on it. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a clean, well-located hotel with useful amenities for families.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Times Square hotel. The location was amazing! The amenities and space in our suite was fantastic. Highly recommend!!
