I booked a room with 2 beds and my request was confirmed by the hotel staff weeks before my arrival. When I checked in, I was told that a 2-bed room was not available. After showing the receptionist the confirmation I received via email, he immediately took actions to make it right. I was very pleased with the level of service we received and I think I found my favorite hotel in Paris! Great property! Great staff!

The hotel was very clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We loved the coffee machine downstairs and the relaxing lounge. Hotel is in a great location.

Great experience! The rooms were bigger than expected and very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The street was quiet which was helpful to sleep at night, yet still walking distance to lively areas. I would definitely stay there again!!

A great hotel, clean and spacious rooms. The location is 5 star; restaurants and shopping are all in walking distance. The area is so chic. The hotel is located on a pedestrian only street, therefore very quiet. I would come again here for sure!

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are incredibly kind and very accommodating. A quick five minute walk to the Champs Elysees. Lovely rooms - quaint and beautiful.
