The staff were wonderful and were so kind when we had to leave early in the morning-they had breakfast ready for us! Rooms were clean and very comfortable.

A lovely hotel, we enjoyed our stay. Staff were attentive and the spa was well-maintained and peaceful. Yes, the pool is small - if you want to swim I suggest you book somewhere else, but for a relaxing dip or for kids it’s great. Good quiet location moments away from the line 1 metro. Breakfast is very nice and our daughter enjoyed it as a coeliac. They need to do something about the flies though. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed but looked tired in places and needed paint touching up. Overall, an enjoyable stay but not quite up to 4 stars standard. Never the less, I would stay here again.

Per sota de la mitjana I wasn't happy with my experience. Considering it's a 4 star hotel, I was surprised to see that the 3 bed room i asked for was not given to me upon arrival. I asked for 3 separate beds in the room -- I got 1 double bed and 1 small bed at the end of the room.
Upon arrival we also found that the floor was wet and had a blue stain on the floor. We had to repeatedly
