The pool was clean, gym was well equipped, breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. Location in Hanoi was perfect for walking about.

The location is about 20 minutes walk to everything, but it’s right next to the lake. It has a beautiful view and breakfast is very good. Personally, I like the gym, the cardio workout room, the sauna, steam and jacuzzi tub. The location is nearby some fun and good eats both Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese foods. The staff is helpful and the place is well keep and clean. The hotel is a bit on the older side but the prices are good.

The entrance lobby is so clean and pleasant that I was surprised to find that the room was not nearly as clean as I had hoped, particularly the bathroom. The only positives were the view from the pool, the gym and the breakfast.

Clean room, professional staff, delicious breakfast, amazing gym , pool area, and golf driving range. Also enjoyed the location in Westlake. Just a few mins to old quarter but away from the crowds.
