Welcoming hotel and well located. Has only 2 lifts which for the size of the hotel is not the best. Trying to get down for breakfast etc. was very time consuming and frustrating.

Staff was good. Food was ok, didn't sleep well, felt all the springs in the mattress. Had a larger than normal step up into the bathroom causing issues at night. Noisy, can hear street noise.

An extra fee of 600¥ is charged at check-in. This hotel does not deliver amenities requests to the room. You have to get them from the front desk! Also, you must bring yiur coffee mug down to get coffee. Staff is not customer-friendly. The rooms are not updated. The breakfast spread is the only savior of this property. I would avoid this hotel.

Everything was good. EXCEPT, your room would only be cleaned if you put the sign out before 9am. This makes it hard, when lots of things in Tokyo don't even open until 10am-11am. Would still stay here again.

Room was an upgrade. Bigger room. Clean room. Staff as always, very polite and professional. Spoke english very well.
