Unable to control room air conditioning
The weather were very cold during this trip, and i was no control of room temperature when i wanted to stay longer in the room.
Appreciate if the hotel allow the guest to control their room temperature themselves

Room was well equipped. Stay in the new tower it’s great. Reception area and breakfast room is old.
Breakfast is very Asian - cold uncovered foods and not much selection. Also they begin cleaning up the food 15minutes before end time and will kick you out abruptly at end time on the dot.
Check in staff was friendly and helpful.

Really lovely stay at Riverview Suites. We stayed in the new wing which didn't have a great view but so worth it given a large luxurious suite and a beautiful bathroom. Excellent location made it easy to navigate around the city and nightlife. Concierge was helpful, and breakfast comes with a breathtaking 270 degree river view!
