Staff are really attentive and tries to communicate despite the language barrier. We have chosen the hotel for its free shuttle to and from disneyland. It is about 20minute ride. There are shops and restaurants around the area. Room is clean. Good value for money.

Hotel is in a great area between airport and the Bund. Very clean, American style rooms with great little food mall close by, convenience store across the street, and lots of restaurants. We booked it on our way home because of proximity to airport. Very comfortable and we would stay again.

Hotel was great, room and bed very comfortable, staff very helpful, sumptuous breakfast spread and felt like home. Only negative was the wifi - very slow and sometimes not connecting. Will stay there again if I travel to Shanghai.
