They upgraded our room without asking. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is near sabiha airport and near many outlet malls which makes it very suitable.

Very close to Sabiha airport. Very convenient in that respect . Facing a complex with many food options mainly The spa was nice and well maintained The hotel itself is super calm

We did not pay for the breakfast as we were leaving too early and it probably cost an arm and a leg like everything seems to cost in Istanbul. The room was clean except the shower drain must not have been cleaned in ions as the shower filled at least an inch or more- draining onto the bathroom floor and needing me to spend time cleaning it up with all of our towels. The location is fantastic- near a ton of restaurants and food stores. Also, it was a $5 ride to the airport- cheap compared to the $8 bottle of water and $6 croissant at the airport. Hard to believe Turkey is not part of the EU since its economy seems to be doing better than Portugal and Greece.

Excellent property, lovely spa and swimming pool. Gym was very well equipped and better than many 5 stars we have stayed in previously. The entire stay was lovely, very comfortable beds. Only one setback was that unfortunately shower gel was empty and hair conditioner was on its last pump when we checked in, after asking front desk to refill we did not fine it refilled when we returned to our room. We would still return and stay again if we ever have to fly out of SAW.
