Hotel location is a 5 minute walk to Shibuya Crossing, shopping center and restaurants. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I would rate everything a 5 with a exception of hotel drop off. There is no specific place where taxis can drop you and your luggage off. It was a struggle for us traveling with kids and with 6 luggage. We were dropped and picked up around the corner and we had to have someone watch our luggage while we walk and take all our belongings to thw side elevator.

Clean rooms. Great location. Great view from the room of the park. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side especially for a family of 4 but nice experience overall and would stay again for location

The room is very nice and clean. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Great location, we can walk to everything.

The best thing about Sequence Miyashita Park is its location. It’s in the heart of Shibuya, just a couple of blocks from Shibuya Station and within walking distance of hundreds of restaurants, shops, and bars. If your priority is being in the middle of the action, this hotel will work. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. It operates more like a backpackers’ hostel than the boutique hotel it’s marketed as. The staff appeared to be very young and came across as unprofessional and not particularly helpful. Check-in was largely self-service using tablets in the lobby, with very little guidance from staff. I also received almost no information about the hotel’s amenities or the benefits included with my booking, leaving me to figure everything out on my own. The room was another letdown. I booked a queen room, but it looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was extremely small and sparsely furnished, making it feel less comfortable than expected. Overall, while the location is good, the lack of service, underwhelming room, and hostel-like experience mean I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others looking for a true boutique hotel experience.

Great location. Million dollar views from corner all glass rooms. 2x double pane windows ensure super silence.

Really good location. Clean hotel, nice coffee shop on the reception floor that gets quite busy. Is a very simple hotel, not many amenities available. There is only cleaning every 2nd or 3rd day of your stay, no help with bags. Room is nice with good views

The room was clean and modern. The staffs were helpful in assisting us.
