Perfect hotel to stay in a great location right in the centre of Shibuya. The restaurant and bar are lovely and rooms nice too. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s our second stay at this hotel & I’d stay again. It is worth upgrading from the standard room if you can for the extra space.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Flawless 10/10 stay in the heart of Shibuya! If you want to be in the center of the action, Hotel Indigo is the place to be.The Highlights:Unmatched Location: Seconds away from the legendary Shibuya Crossing. Shopping & Dining: Mega Don Quijote is directly across the street, and you are surrounded by endless food options. Phenomenal Food: Do not skip the hotel restaurant's buffet — it was absolutely spectacular! Tip for Families:The rooms can be a bit tight for a family of four. We asked for an extra rollaway bed, which solved the issue perfectly and made the space work great for us. Premium locations come with a premium price tag, but for the convenience, comfort, and top-tier service, it is worth every penny. We will absolutely be back!

Great location, very close to the Shibuya crossing and shopping district with Don Quijote opposite for those interested. Lots of restaurants close by and the Shibuya station 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel reception is not at ground level so you have to take a lift to it and then another set of lifts to the rooms. The breakfast provided is extensive work options for eggs how you like. The staff are wonderful. The outdoor seats area next to breakfast restaurant is fantastic to view the city. The room booked was Premium Room, King Bed (High Floor, Separate Bath). It was spacious with great bathroom.

Property was very clean and in a perfect spot for nightlife, shopping, and transport. Having English speaking staff helped us since we don’t speak Japanese. It was much nicer than I even expected.
