Excellent hotel friendly staff and in a great location very central to the old town. The breakfast was amazing and really enjoyable. Could use a shower curtain in the bath as water went everywhere. The bed was very comfortable and so was the pillow. The safe in the room was free to use that was great as often you need to pay. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Excellent room, proper solid furniture, incredibly helpful staff and convenient central location for Old Town and transport links (train, tram). Highly recommended for a cost-effective stay.

Very Clean Room, Staff were very nice and only 4 minute walk to the christmas market and 10 minute walk to the river and restaurants would highly recommend and the best location

Perfect breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, The hotel is nearby Forum Gdansk, the mall It was near[150m] the Christmas market. It is near the main street and the most museums. It was a perfect stay for us.

We have just returned from two lovely nights in Hotel Wolne Miasto The hotel is very well located, a 15-minute walk from the railway station and a two-minute walk to the old town and the Christmas Market It’s situated in a historic tenement house, and has been very nicely converted. The bedroom was quite large, nicely furnished with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a bath and again was very modern There was good Wi-Fi in the bedroom The breakfast was good with a large selection of hot and cold items We got a very good rate and would certainly stay here again should we ever visit Gdansk again

The photos posted look beautiful and well-selected, but unfortunately, the actual accommodation is quite uncomfortable. After checking in at the main lobby, I had to drag my heavy luggage outside and walk to reach the next unit for entry. I wouldn't' stay this hotel never again however, staffs are kind
