Lovely accommodation, good condition and clean. Received check in instructions about 4 hours before check in and everything went smoothly. Hair dryer and iron in the room. Could be a little bit noisy at night but nothing major! Ideal location for sightseeing. I would definitely stay there again if I visit lovely Gdansk

The room looked exactly like on the pictures and it was spotless. Location was excellent, the whole building was clean and we never had nights disturbed by drinkers outside.
The communication with the owner was basically non existent and they have sent out checking instructions only 4 hours before check in despite advertising to contact them 72 hrs before and for check outside the check in time 24hrs. Also there was not enough of shower gel in the bathroom.

Apartment was fabulous - could not fault (although the hairdryer was so caked in dust that it overheated after 30 seconds of use - we cleaned it and it was fine thereafter).
There was a lack of communication initially despite messaging through Expedia and then WhatsApp. No check in instructions received until we were outside the property.
Paid to check in early and paid city tax but no receipt given. We were then awoken the following morning to a lady at the door asking for us to pay again.
Incorrect door code given which left us stranded outside for half an hour until someone else opened the door for us. No communication from host until had an hour after we had been let in.
Location is perfect and if it were not for the poor management, we would have given 5 stars.
